Q. Why is the Nature Made® Wellness Rewards program ending?
A. The decision to end the Nature Made® Wellness Rewards program was primarily due to a declining active member base and the continued high level of resources needed to run the program. We will continue to periodically offer various other Nature Made® promotions and special offers in-store with participating retailers, online and in the Sunday newspaper. The Wellness Rewards program will officially end on December 31, 2017 at 11:59:59 PDT.
Q. Why does my product have REWARDS ENDED printed on it in place of a code?
A. Wellness Rewards codes are only on participating products. If your product does not have a code on it or says REWARDS ENDED, that product does not participate in the program and therefore points cannot be awarded for it.
Q. What happened to the previous Wellness Rewards program?
A. Effective May 1, 2015, members are no longer able to earn or redeem points for $3 and $7 rewards. The previous Wellness Rewards program has been replaced with an updated Wellness Rewards Program consisting of a monthly drawing for a $1,000 sweepstakes prize. This updated Wellness Rewards program will run to and officially end on December 31, 2017. For updated program details, visit https://pharmavite.promo.eprize.com/wellnessrewards/. The updated program is only available on participating Nature Made® products. As the updated program differs from the previous program that ended April 30, 2015, members have a choice in deciding whether or not they want to participate in the updated program.
Q. How do I enter into the monthly sweepstakes drawing?
A. When you purchase a Nature Made® product that includes a Wellness Rewards Code on the bottle, you will need to enter the code(s) in your Wellness Rewards Program profile, and each code is then converted into one sweepstakes entry. There is a maximum of 15 sweepstakes entries per month allowed per member. To enter without making a purchase, see the Official Rules.
Q. What are the prizes for the updated Wellness Rewards Program?
A. $1,000 per sweepstakes drawing. There will be 1 drawing per month. See the Official Rules for complete details.
Q. How many prizes could I win?
A. One sweepstakes prize per person. Once you win a sweepstakes prize, you will not be eligible to win in any of the remaining drawings.
Q. How will I know if I'm the sweepstakes winner?
A. There will be monthly draw dates and only one (1) winner each month. Each month's drawing will be held on or around the following dates:

The very last opportunity to submit an entry is at 11:59 PM (EST) on December 31, 2017. The final sweepstakes drawing will be held on or around January 10, 2018. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided upon registration.
Q. I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?
A. First, make sure you are visiting https://pharmavite.promo.eprize.com/wellnessrewards/ directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser. You may also need to clear your Temporary Internet Files. Just select 'Tools' on the menu bar at the top of your browser and then select 'Internet Options' from the drop down menu. Choose the 'Delete Files' button and delete all of your Temporary Internet Files. This should help.
Q. I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
A. Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to be sure you have the latest Flash Player (it's free!) and check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled.
Q. I'm having trouble entering a code. What should I do?
A. Make sure you are entering the code exactly as shown. In most cases, this means you would not include spaces and use all lower case letters where applicable.
Q. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive, we are unable to change registration information unless you are awarded a prize. If you do win a prize during the promotional period, please contact fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com and provide your updated information.
Q. Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register or claim my prize?
A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
